All LOHR ASTOR pieces are produced using traditional techniques and handcrafted processes. As a result, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted objects and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Made to Order Items

Certain LOHR ASTOR pieces are made to order and produced specifically for each client. These items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Delivery

Delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. While every effort is made to meet these timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
